If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Fashion Trendz is happy to refund products returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition, and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. We can only offer an exchange for faulty or incorrectly sent items. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for other reasons at this time. When a parcel leaves our warehouse, the status of your order changes to Shipped. This doesn't mean your order has been delivered. It simply means it's left our warehouse and has been handed over to our courier and will arrive very soon.
