Returns & Refund Policy

At Fashion Trendz, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • All original tags and labels are attached
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The product is not an excluded item (e.g. for hygiene reasons – such as earrings, underwear, or swimwear if unsealed)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page
  2. Scroll to the section titled “Return My Order”
  3. Fill in the Returns Authorisation Form to request approval

Once approved, we will email you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back without authorisation.


3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be sent via a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for lost parcels.
  • If the item is faulty, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately. Once validated, we will cover the return postage costs.

You will be required to provide photographs and a brief explanation for faulty items so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 working days.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds can take an additional 1–3 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Items Excluded from Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Earrings or body jewellery
  • Underwear or shapewear
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)

Gift cards and personalised items are also non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
